Just started day game, finding it really hard to approach anyone. Can anyone give me advice on getting over this AA

It took me a long time to start doing solo approaches. Now I realise that for me, there is no secret to getting started other than saying "fuck it" and jumping right in, and no matter how shit the set goes, it's better than that feeling of not approaching. Don't overthink it, just focus on getting yourself in front of that girl and see where it goes. There's nothing to lose and everything to gain. And don't forget that talking to hot girls is fun!

They always 'look' busy/bitchy/married/insert excuse here. You don't know until you go find out.

Search daygame or the yad stop to get one school of thought on how to approach women in the day.

I remember my first day game well as it was extremely hard in terms of how much AA I had, but after the first one (usually rejection) it becomes so much easier. So as already said by ThePUA_Baddie "ust grip your nuts and dive into the pool. Don't worry it won't hurt".
