So I was watching a video of Owen Cook and Elliot Hulse doing a colab video - 6 Steps To Meeting Women (w/ guest Tyler "RSD" Durden)

One guy in the comments said this, " It's almost like Tyler has perfected so much into drawing state from within, that he has trouble with genuinely vibing off of somebody, i.e. When Elliott speaks, all Tyler's brain does is randomly say "yeah, yes.." but i suspect he's kind of not actually listening WHAT he is saying. Instead, Tyler's mind is diving in the sub-comunicational part of the interaction, and shooting social cues out of patterns developed from 12 years of consciously focusing on it. I identify with it because ever since I watch RSD, around 1 year ago, the same happens to me..."

Is this true? Has anyone experienced this kind of thing? What are the social and psychological implications of it?
