The Blueprint is still relevant and puts a lot of human behavior in context. That said, I think that (Mark Manson's) Models is probably more effective as a resource.

Yes. The difference between The Blueprint, and say, The Game, is that the Blueprint isn't based on specific techniques. Rather, it discusses the underlying principles behind social dynamics/attraction/etc.

Wouldn't recommend watching it if you're a complete noobie, though. If you're socially retarded, it may do more harm than good since you probably don't have the relevant life experience to provide context.
