So I have a problem when talking to women that I will have nothing to say until after the fact. It's only once the interaction is over I realise there was loads of things I could have done that would have killed it in a very flirty way.

Perfect example today. Talking to an attractive older woman while I'm working.

  1. I ask her what she does, she teaches languages, I have nothing to say and just say thats cool, convo goes dry.

I could have asked her what languages, got her to teach me something funny in that language, lots of flirting opportunity, but only realised too late

  1. I ask if she is married, she says she has a female partner. I say thats cool, she makes a joke about being the only gays in the village, we laugh, convo goes dry

I could have asked her about her opinion on female sexuality. Something like asking if she believes all women are bi-sexual, and its only a case of finding someone they like, male or female. This could have gone down all kinds of great avenues, even to "so is a guy like me attractive to you? or do you prefer a more feminine looking guy?"
