No worries! I guess I could have been less bitchy haha. After you've read most of the stuff in the side bar you should read Models by Mark Manson. Great book. It gets at some of the fundamentals of attraction.

You do both and see which one works better for you. Then, you do that one more.
My advice would be to work hard on creating a large social circle. Join clubs, study groups, intramural sports, etc. Do anything that facilitates meeting people. Once you do that, opportunities to get dates will happen naturally.
