No you don't you don't want any of those things. You want those things because when you think you have those things you can finally can get a girlfriend. If you truly wanted those things you would be out getting them instead of complaining why you can't. Nothing people post here is going to help you, you need some therapy.

If you want out, you have to break those chains. Those hobbies you have are not very social. Its going to take time and discipline. But your 20 freaking years old. You still have time. You have to develop new interests. If your finding it hard to get motivated, you can either start doing cardio 3x a week, or start taking an antidepressant. I recommend just working out and eating healthy but antidepressants can motivate you too. But ya gotta make a commitment to being more social.

I know how addicting video games can be but you have to find social interests. We were not designed to stare at a screen all day. Think of a dog. If it stays indoors all day, it goes nuts. Same with humans.

Challenge yourself for 30 days to commit to reducing crap time(TV,video games) and increasing quality time(ie finding and committing to a social interest.)

Social interest ideas: Helping out at a soup kitchen Getting a dog, Paintball, Surfing, Sports, Cooking classes, Music lessons, Meetup.com, Board gaming,

Just anything where you can be face to face with people and your interested in the activity as well.

And yes with what the other guy said, get therapy.
