Get under to get over... I think that's what girls say - meaning "get under a new guy to get over the old one". No different here.

You are likely a bit too emotional for anything serious, so go out there and just meet women. Meet as many as time and life can even possibly permit. Then expect some failures. Realize you aren't meant for everyone but that by meeting lots of women you are "weeding out the bad matches."

Keep those early interactions purely physical. No commitments to anything. Be a bachelor. Don't see any particular woman too often (no more than once or twice a week). This will keep your emotions at bay while you realize just how much fun it can be to just "date".

After a few months you will be in a much healthier state of mind, and because you met lots of women (and hopefully hooked up with a few), you will realize that you have plenty of options in life, and she was stupid to get rid of you. Then you will realize you don't even care because your life is better now than it ever has been.
