She doesn't seem interested imo. Minimal responses, and doesn't even comment on any information you give about yourself. Plus you bombard with emoticons and are overly helpful. Just my 2 cents.

I think you need to relax and take a step back. I don't mean to sound very harsh, that's just how I see it.

If you have met her before, you could have asked her to chill. Since you just texted her and she has no idea who you are, you could be a rapist/serial killer, don't bother. Nothing is going to happen.

Your texts make you seem like captain obvious and they seem desperate. Your line "I dont really know but could you tell me what major you study? I study comp sci :)" is so desperatly needy it makes me cringe. Why do i say that? Because its obvious you are just asking her that to make conversation and not because you are interested in her response.

Whats going hrough her head? " why does he want to know this? Is there a reason or does he just want to talk to me? why does he want to talk if he doesnt know me? Why is interested in me? He probably wants something from me. Hes talking to me because he wants sex. Creep".

Dude you have got to have a reason for why you ask her anything. Always. Consider this one a loss and move on to the next girl.
