You may want to have a nice little bar, coffeshop, or a fun activity in mind (wine tasting, cool live show coming up). Whenever you find yourself with her number saved on your phone, naturally and confidently let her know that you want to take her out soon.

I have a few places that are my go to's for that. Like I would say, have you ever been to The Imperial? she usually says no, and then I say something like "Its a cool antique shop that turns into a bar in the evenings and they have anice beer garden in the back... I'd love to take you"... then later you can text for logistics, like when are you free, blah blah, that works for me, see you wednesday.

There is also nothing wrong with leting her know that you find her attractive that is precisely why she is lucky enough for you to want to take her to your hidden gem in your town.

Try switching up your routine a little bit. Rather than asking for the number at the end, ask for it in the middle of a conversational thread - even if it's abrupt. Once you get it, pick up on the half-finished thread and keep the momentum going for a few more minutes at least.

Another thing you can try: Once you get the number, if the interaction is about to end, try being very real with the girl.

Don't try to "play it cool" (example: "Good talking to you, I'll hit you up sometime")

Instead, honestly express that you're happy you met her and want to see her again (example: "It was good talking to you. I'll send you a text tomorrow. Let's hang out and cook dinner later this week. Are you free on Wednesday?")
