So as many of you already know I've been on a big Self-Talk kick (Read my post history and you'll see what I mean) and today was no exception. I feel amazing, I feel like I can conquer the world and I am very motivated right now. Not only in pick-up but life in general, I'm joining clubs, Learning to become a writer as well as working on art and photography. My room has been clean for a week straight and I have been working hard on my hygiene. I suppose all of the things I have listed are pretty basic but to me they aren't. I am glad to have the motivation and drive to improve my life.

Yesterday I was laying in bed pondering how I can get better at this pick-up stuff, I don't have many issues approaching but I haven't been getting the results that I'm looking for. Something had to change. After looking over possible solutions I came to one particular solution that would seem to solve my problems. Approach more, instead of doing one approach do 10 and learn to vibe with people better. I approached 5 times today but I'm only going to talk about the relevant approaches.

I set out my goals and today was the day for me to tackle them, I woke up, showered, Did some reading about grammar/parsing sentences and then it started to rain. At first I thought well good it's raining I don't have to approach today. Noticing this type of excuse was not going to get me where I want with women I put a stop to it and forced myself to go out. Sitting at home making excuses why I am not working on game isn't going to get me any better with women. Excuses are just that, excuses. They are designed to hold you back in your comfort zone. One thing I did differently this time was I didn't bring my headphones with me and next time I don't think I am going to bring my phone. Not having anything to distract my brain really helps with being more social. If I didn't approach I couldn't zone out with music and get stuck in my head.

On the subway headed to McGill campus to approach I noticed some cute girls besides me. I was a little hesitant but I powered through and asked them do you know what's happening on Thursday?? A bit of a side note I love asking this question you sometimes get repeated answers but you can learn a lot about your city. People will often recommend places that they go to and every so often you get told of a place that you haven't heard of which is always exciting. They told me they were going to an art exhibit and I asked them where it was. They told me where and subliminally invited me to come a long. However I got mixed up and when they told me we were at their stop I said bye and stayed on completely forgetting that I should of left with them.

I am now working on being able to close under time constraints, something that has been a bit of an Achilles heel as of late. I develop good rapport but then they have to leave before I do and I get anxious thus forgetting to close.

The campus was pretty barren and I decided to head back to the subway to make my way to the art exhibit. The exhibit was really cool and one of the artists there showed me how me his techniques and how he designs his pieces. It was really cool. I approached another girl later on in the day and it went relatively well but she had to go before I could close so I didn't get a number.

On my way home I did an approach to a cute girl that was sitting on a bench, she looked a lot younger from far away but up close she looked a lot older. She was showing a few indicators of interest but I lost track of time and before I knew it I was at my subway stop. I simply left without getting an number, pretty poor of me but oh well. I am glad I approached.

Tomorrow I am working on closing before time runs out, having good vibes, approaching more people (today I did 5 or so and tomorrow I'm am approaching 10 times.).

Overall the day was great, I did quite a few approaches and had good vibes going with the people I approached. I feel fucking amazing. Today was just the start though, I am going out tonight to a club/bar for the first time by myself. I plan to carry my vibe from the day over to the nighttime and have fun.

A bit of a side note: How is my writing?

Edit: Going out now to the club! Took my SIM card out my phone so I couldn't just go on my phone and distract myself. So excited and nervous at the same time.
