Here, I'll give you some legit advice. What you wanna do is include the girls in the conversation. No one likes to feel left out, and if you do leave out the friends then they will naturally want to leave. And naturally the girl will listen to the friends and they all will end up leaving. What you want to do is talk to the whole group first. Introduce yourself, ask for their names, just chat up with everyone for a couple of seconds, make it known that you're not signalling anyone out. Eventually you want to start targeting down the girl you're interested in after you've gained their initial trust. You can do this by specifically asking her more questions and making jokes or even compliment her such as saying her shirt design looks great as an example. Once you think you've built up enough rapport you can go in for the kill and just propose a meet up with her in front of all her friends. Don't be afraid. Just pretend they're not even there and just lay it down to her. Afterwards, be prepared for a rejection or her agreeing, if she agrees follow up appropiately
