I removed this because it makes a common mistake with nofap advice here: It purports to be general advice that will help most guys, but it's actually advice for people suffering from porn/masturbation addictions or who have an unhealthy relationship to sex.

See for example the first benefit of nofap:

1Spend lots of time engaging in other productive activities that will turn you into a much more qualified person.

Most of guys aren't spending a lot of time on porn and masturbating. It's a few minutes of the day.
