I'm 20 yrs old and I just want to start out and say I'm not trying to become a PA but pickup some tips for certain situations. The main problem I encounter when meeting girls or staying relevant in their lives is my shyness and anxiety. I've dated a few girls and those girls for whatever reason did not make me nervous or anxious so that's why I was able to date them. For the most part nowadays after meeting a girl online or in real life I get anxiety whenever the topic of hanging out with them by myself comes up. I get all flustered and do whatever I can to get out of hanging out or at least doing it alone. This has ruined plenty of chances I had with girls. We meet online and live near each other and we talk online or text and enjoy ourselves but as soon as she says "when are we gonna hang out" I instantly feel sick and make excuses. Only once have I endured the anxiety and hung out with someone and we didn't hit it off as well in person. Now I just met a new girl online and have gotten the number and she just moved to my town she's eager to meet me in person. How can I ease the anxiety to make it easier and not straight up go into it feeling shitty.
TL; DR After meeting new girls online I get anxiety attacks when they ask about hanging out. How can I ease my anxiety and calm down so as not to feel sick and like I'm forced to be there?
