As the title reads I would like some conversation tips for texting and social media like Twitter or snap chat. I met this girl through a friend and have hung out with her a few times but in a group at parties. We get a long well and have similar personalities. The only contact I still maintain is texting and snap chat. How can I make good conversation when she is too busy to reply or quite frankly ignoring me (I don't know which is happening). I posted this scenario on r/relationships and was told I sound like I may not be making the best conversation and was sent to this sub reddit. My goal is to become good friends with this girl then more. I want to have enough good conversations so I can feel confident in asking her on a date.

TL; DR I want to impress this girl whom I've hung out with a couple times in groups and only talk through text and social media. What are some texting conversation tips to keep her interested in talking then eventually ask her out.
