Fake a seizure, or look at your phone and yell "holy shit!!!!" And then dash out the door. Go sarge, talk to two different girls and sit down at the table next to them and ask if the girls want to join so you have 4 girls at the table with you. Proceed to play fuck marry kill or would you rather.

What I do is either try to re insert myself into whatever conversation they're having, or realize that they're boring, rude, and/or not into me and literally just walk away without saying another word. If they want you they'll come back to you, if not, it's a great way to get out of a bad time and feel like a badass walking away from two girls

If you're gaming them and this happens much it's a big sign of disinterest. I usually just eject and look for my next target.

Regularly they'll go off-topic from our group conversation and ramble on for 5 minutes about whatever just crossed their mind. They talk completely to each other, and I'm left out of the conversation. No (Or minimal) eye contact sent my way, they're facing each other, and it'll be about a topic I have no interest in or anything to contribute anyhow.

Look, unless they are aliens, then it's a choice on your part to find nothing of interest in what they are talking about. They're not giving you eye contact and facing themselves, not you, because of your choice to see certain subjects as things you can't talk about. It's your choice to contribute or not. You don't need to have something earth shattering to "contribute."

Give some examples, because this is really too vague. What sorts of things do they talk about, that you can't fathom discussing? Be as specific as possible or at least give the general subject.

What am I supposed to do here? Just stand there, half-listening, and enjoy my drink?

Stand there, tuned out? No. That's lame and you might as well not be there; you're basically a drag on the group when you do that. Go find something else to do or pony up and find a way to become part of the conversation. If you lay out what they talk about, I might have some suggestions.

Excuse yourself to go to the can and don't go back or call them. That dynamic isn't working. Hang out with them one on one. Maybe a menage is needed to 'save the relationship' Jerry.
