Cart before the horse. Why the focus on casual sex and hook ups only? My first was when I was twenty two and it was intense and we fell in love with another. It was special and she broke me in well and taught me a lot. Sex and intimacy involves emotions. Looks like you need to work on inner game.

its a numbers game, bro. go out there and try to meet as many women as possible, go as far as you're comfortable with.
