As a girl, I like it if I've already been talking to a guy and we've built up some rapport. Like say we met at a bar and have been talking kind of in a big group with friends, if we catch eyes at some point, sure, wink at me with a smile as a "just btwn us" type moment. It lets me know you're flirting, straight up.

Don't like.. wink at a girl you've never spoken to from across the room though.
