Really depends on the situation. Talking to a girl who is just insanely busy and doesn't know her schedule. She's had to bail a few times, but apologizes profusely and makes it up at the next date.

Another girl flaked on me once, in an unkind way(text saying 'sorry can't make it tonight', and didn't mention rescheduling, no authentic apology, or anything like that), probably thinking I'd be there for the following weekend. Got a text asking 'soooo are you gonna ask me out again this weekend?'. I reply with 'kinda busy, might be able to make plans if you can promise you'll make it' and got a bitchy response that she doesn't know what her plans are for the weekend and that's not fair. I stopped responding.

It really depends on the girl and how she handles the situation.

Depends what kind of flaking.

If you made plans and the day of she says she can't go, I say give it one more shot. If she flakes a second time and doesn't specifically allude to wanting it to happen another time, fuck her.

If they flake, wait for them to reschedule.

If they don't make an effort to reschedule then fuck them because you aren't a needy little bitch who runs to people who blow them off, you just make plans with another girl.
