Basically I don't finish work until 9pm each night. This makes it kinda hard to go on dates or whatever with girls. Like there's this girl messaging me but in reluctant to ask her to meet me late on a week night you know? On top of this I already have a full social schedule so and this weekend is pretty full on, I just keep seeing woman lose interest because I basically have no time for them and can't fit them into my life before the window of opportunity closes...

Anyone else have similar issues, how to overcome?
