Backstory - I'm dating an extremely attractive latina woman. Easily the highest rating that you can give a woman. (HB10 for me). Every day she receives texts and calls from dozens of men vying for her attention. Through a variety of techniques outside of the scope of this conversation she's completely mine in heart and in mind.

The challenge is that she lives several states away. This week, she received flowers and a teddy bear in the mail from three separate men, each time asking me if it was from me. Many guys might react jealously or lie or do something out of insecurity. My appoach is called the credit theft technique, and it goes like this:

When she receives flowers or other similar gifts and asks me if it's from me or knows who sent them even, I'll say, "Wow, these guys really like you a lot. Thats creepy. You know what, let's just pretend those are from me. You can imagine I've sent you flowers three days in a row and thats just the awesome guy I am." She loves it and even thanked me for them despite both of us knowing full well I did not send them. Despite this logical knowledge, emotionally I still redirect the happiness she feels about the gifts from the guys that sent the items back on to me, and then place any creepiness feeling back on the guy.

This way, I get all the emotional credit for the $200 worth of gifts she received while the guys that sent them end up looking like desperate creeps.
