Just read the book, it is only 250ish pages, that isn't very long. A big part of the book is about investing in yourself, start by not being too lazy to read a short easy book.

Seriously just read it. It's not even slightly difficult, and reading is good for you. Sit in a chair and say "I won't move until I've read 50 pages." You do that a few times and the book is done.

There is an audio book as well. I listen to it during my commute and knock it out in a week.

Having read both the condensed version and the actual book I strongly urge you to buy the whole book. It cleared a lot of concepts for me that the condensed version couldn't possibly do.
