It would be the opposite. Your female friend can easily talk to other girls and invite them to drink/take shots with you guys. You essentially have a spy that can increase your chances at getting numbers and hooking up. Likewise you can help her in return.

Are you friends with any (butch) lesbians in relationships? If you go out with a girl that you're obviously not dating, that works in your favor. I also feel like most masculine of center women are generally gregarious.
