A long time ago , I was just like you , I had miserable confidence , and I was very , very , very shy. I mean , I was so shy I wouldn't talk to guys let alone girls. This all stemmed from be being bullied because that hit my confidence severely. I had relatively few friends , and I wasn't good at conversation because I completely shut myself out to people to prevent myself from getting hurt. Some of the things you've said mirrors my own life , except with me my friend has been the one who is still shy and shit , while I've developed my confidence and attractiveness in doing things from living out on my own for university. I went through one step more then you , and that is once I had the confidence in my life , I started having this attitude of "Why the fuck not?" in my approach to doing new things I never did before , such as taking classes like Salsa by myself on my own initiative to further force myself out there , go to raves by myself occasionally, or even ask a girl out (haha sounds lame , but I did that 2 years ago) when I was 18. So go out there, and when you encounter something new , dive head first into it instead of thinking about whether you should or should not.

Set up end goals, and part goals.

And write the part goals up on a wall you can see every day. (I have mine on a white board.)

I don't think I am qualified to approach your needs in entirety, but I feel like you might have a case of oneitis for friend number uno.

And by the way bro, a weak person cannot admit their weak. By at least accepting the fact that you might be, you have proven that you are not.
