Are "Red Pill Women" an actual thing or a mostly meaningless distinction to a man?

It would seem to be that, with few notable exceptions to the rule that have nothing to do with the knowledge itself the only real difference between a so-called "red pill woman" and a "blue pill woman" is that the "red pill woman" understands on an intellectual level how and why her sexual selection process works rather than on a visceral level where she'll flip her shit and if you dare point out that the Empress has no clothes.

Women understanding the distilled knowledge gleaned from sociobiology/evolutionary psychology and the actual science it draws from doesn't seem to make them a better mate choice than any other woman by virtue of having the knowledge alone. It usually has to be coupled with an actual rare capacity for empathy for men beyond what's largely a form of tribalism rooted in a hypergamous notion of "the man I find most attractive right now.

If anything it could possibly be worse than a so-called "blue pill woman" if they have any kind of social intelligence whatsoever as a manipulative woman with this kind of knowledge would definitely lie lie lie about her sexual history, the origin of any possible bastard children she may have, and try to suck up by pandering to male preferences and assure you that she "gets it" and is "special" as a sort of pseudo girl-game in an attempt to get some kind of binding commitment out of someone who isn't as actually principled as they'd like to think.

Great example: The recent Mark Minter happening. Guy is marrying a 34 year old woman with some other man's child because he thinks she's "red pill" and worth it. This guy is seriously signing up for potential state-enforced cuckoldry if she decides to divorce him and is subsidizing his own genetic metadeath either way by taking care of her child from another man. And this is a guy who swore up and down he'd never get married after his first divorce, who is now going into his old age at 58 having some kind of existential crisis apparently about dying old and alone, or something. Point is he may be and probably is being suckered by a supposed "red pill woman."

Am I wrong?
