If you feel that you need to prove you're better than the "other guys", then it means you're one of the "other guys".

Wanting to give her a taste of her own medicine is immature, inauthentic silliness. You want to mindfuck her so you're all she thinks about? If you're coming from this frame, it means she's already winning because you're still playing into her game.

If this girl is like a sister to why, then why are you trying to mindfuck her? Why are you playing a shitty game if you guys are (supposedly) good friends?

My advice to you is to ask yourself, "why do I want so much external validation?"

The best way to beat "mind games" would be not to react to anything that she says at all, you shouldn't show her that you are affected by them. If you stay confident in yourself and do not react to what she says in any way, she will eventually get tired of her game and realize that you aren't affected by petty things like jealousy anymore. She may even drop going down the route of mind games altogether.
