Looks like you're getting a bit attached.

Attachment is fine, but only if it's a two-way-street. This doesn't SEEM healthy. After all, you didn't really want to be with her anyway, which just sounds like you were settling for the easy lay.

Personally, and I know how hard it is sometimes, I would advise you to GET OUT. Don't contact her anymore, take your space, clear your head, and move on.

I'll go ahead and throw in some feedback even though this had to be removed.

I've had a fuck buddy (I guess we'll call her that) for about 1.5 years now.

You sound conflicted about what she is to you. Would that be accurate?

After I didn't want to become more she ended up getting a boyfriend.

Okay, so it's pretty clear cut here that you didn't want the same thing as her, and THIS is when you should have been accepting that as the situation and re-wiring your brain by moving onto the next.

They soon became an open relationship so we continued to do our thing. Then she started distancing her self and eventually stopped fucking me.

And again, this is when you should have been taking time away from her. It's like the Reset Button. That time away helps your sanity and gives you the emotional distance to figure out if you could be friends with her.

She kept stringing me along acting like it would happen and it started to drive me crazy....... She would continue to make sure I still wanted her and then deny me.

Like what would she do to "string you along?"

If we did hang out she would vent to me about her bf and I would be nice and listen.

If you have been feeling the way you've been feeling, then you're not being fair to yourself by staying in a situation like this without laying out your boundaries.

Last night she blew me off

Right. Because you made yourself available to her without any real limits being drawn. But I'm sure you realize this now....

and I sent her a wall of text about how much bullshit our relationship had become out of frustration.

This kind of thing doesn't really help as much as you'd think. Sending anything out of frustration is a good way to put the nails in the coffin, so to speak. It's hard to be attracted to someone when they've basically lost their cool and thrown a fit.

She said she wanted to come over tonight and talk it out but I can't help but think I already acted like a beta about it. At this point do I just say fuck it and tell her i'm not going to be just her friend? I'm not exactly sure where to go from here.

Is she cool enough to be valued as a friend?

If not, then you need to respect yourself and her, by putting some space between the two of you. Sometimes things run their course. That's just the way it is.

fuck it. ignore her. tell her you won't "hang out" unless she is DTF. I did this with a FB girl I was seeing for awhile/ She had told me she wasn't into me but still wanted to see if it was posssible to make something work. I layed this stipulation on her and moved on. got to do it to keep your sanity.
