What do you mean by cold approach? With all of those activities you do, surely there are some cute women around?

I would start with just chatting and getting to know the women in your existing circles. Talk to them without an agenda and see how you go.

Also, people who do great things can have low self esteem. You sound like you might be a perfectionist which actually hinders meeting women because you are much more afraid of failing/being rejected.

The basics of confidence are 1. Failing and being ok with it and moving on quickly 2. Accepting all your imperfections and not hiding them from people
