The "unintentionally" is a lie. She knows what she is doing. With you she is either:

shit testing you and at the same time trying to demonstrate value to you (for some reason women view ball busting as a positive quality) or
its a shit test and you are close to orbiter status (she is looking for emotional validation that she doesn't get elsewhere).

You would fail her test by:

giving her approval ("nah your perfect!") or
saying anything that allows her to share more feelings.

In person I would say, "Try talking to men." Over text you need to ignore it and talk about something else. You would also need to work on reframing the overall situation such that she wouldn't say something like this out of the blue.

No matter what her reasons for saying it, this girl is not worth any sort of relationship. Don't get attached. She will try to do it to you because she admittedly enjoys it.

She's letting you know that she doesn't like weak men. She's saying that she makes guys cry and shifting the blame to herself (but not really, because she doesn't sound like she regrets it).

Stuff like this also acts as a safety net for her. If she does do something bitchy then she'll pull out the "well I did warn you" or "I told you I was a cunt" and in her eyes that makes it OK.

If you're actually curious you could ask what she does that's bitchy or if you don't care then just kind of shrug it off/ignore.

To me it seems as if she is just fishing for your juicy validation. Assuming this is behaviour you don't want to see in her, I would just have responded "lame" a couple of hours later and soft next her for the next few days. Not getting attached is good advice, however I don't particularly agree with /u/thebears1986 comment about reframing to something else and continuing the conversation. She needs to understand that you will not accept this orbiter bait. Dread game is the way to go here.
