Hey guys, I've been out of the game for a couple of years now, but I've been reflecting a lot on my life back when I did pickup lately. I don't know if it will mean much, but I thought I'd share my experience about the way I feel looking back at my pickup experience.

About 6 years ago I started getting into pickup and going out about 5 nights a week. It was an amazing time for me. I met hundreds of amazing girls in those years and I'm so glad I did it.

Looking back now, I can honestly say I must have spent about 95% of the best times in my life during that time. But when I think about it I don't remember the makeouts, the blowjobs, or even the sex, I remember my friends and all the crazy times we spent together.

I was so lucky to have met such awesome guys from my local lair when I first started. I had so many awesome times just meeting up with my wings and having a drink with them before we went out. I remember all the stupid dares we would give ourselves, and all the stupid situations we got ourselves into - even to this day I laugh out loud thinking about some of it.

If you get good enough, I promise you the girls won't mean anything to you looking back. I wish now I took the time to appreciate how much I just enjoyed the experience of practicing pickup itself. I remember back then thinking when I got older I'd miss fucking college chicks every week, but I don't at all. I just miss practicing pickup itself. Knowing I'll probably never have another awesome night with all my old wings actually hurts me to think about.

But it's not just that, I miss the fear I'd feel before making an approach, I miss talking to a chick and running out of things to say, I even miss the crappy rejections sometimes. I miss almost everything but the girls. And I think that's important to for you guys to keep in mind. Pickup can offer you so much more than just getting laid. It can be exciting and scary, it forces you to push your limits and test yourself. For me at least it lead to making some amazing new friends.

So next time your out, enjoy it, even the shitty bits, because it doesn't last forever.
