So I work at a mall (it's outlets) and obviously there are hundreds of beautiful woman pass by my job (my job is outside). I see some of them giving me IOI's. I don't have problem talking to them but I don't know how to escalate and ask for their number where it doesn't seem like I'm hitting on them. Any advice?
