You’re right, women can't take care of themselves. That's why we've had men defending us for thousands of years. But now days with this "I am a strong women" nonsense, women are just begging to take care of their own shit, or they have the expectation that you will stand in. A white night protects a woman, just because they are a woman, not because they deserve it, and TRPers don't like it because most women now-a-days just don't deserve it.

Whether or not you step in for a woman is really for the woman to decide. It's our job to appeal to your protective instincts by being someone who you want to protect, someone you don't want to get hurt. We have to behave in such a way that will make you want to protect us, because when shit hits the fan, we know whether or not you do is ultimately up to you.

So, the question you should be asking is not "when should you stand up for women", but "who do you want to stand up for".

If a woman decides to address an issue, all that a useless male can do is watch and learn. To do otherwise is to insult all females in the planet, born and unborn.

Last new years eve I met a cute Greenlandic girl in a morning bar. As all good looking Greenlandic girls I first thought she was Asian. We flirted and she told her name, which I didn't understand and I told her the ending of it sounded like a cats with hiccups, which made her giggle.

She said she liked me, Greenlandic girls are direct like that, so she wanted to buy a drink for me. I wanted a double vodka shot, but the bartender took the wrong bottle, strawberry vodka, which made me puke on the floor (I only drank vodka that night, so my puke was clear). We immediately made out afterwards. Some guys made fun of her, because she kissed a guy who just puked. She started to cry, so I held up my beer bottle and told them, "I can always buy a new beer, but I don't think you can buy a new skull in the bar." They left, but the girl just started crying even more, so I comforted her with kiss and hugs.

It turned out it was her first Christmas and New years eve alone in Denmark and all her friends had gone home. Only 16 years old and alone. Call me a white knight, I don't care, I fucked her and she needed a man to protect her. Don't be a white knight in the sensitive nice guy way, if you have to white knight do it in a powerful way. Girls are both psychologically and physically weak, they need someone to protect them.

Don't say it like it's a bad thing. Given the changes in western societies gender relations guys shouldn't be sticking up for women anymore. It makes sense to stigmatize mal-adaptive and anti-social behaviors and that's what men advocating for women has become.

I think the way we generally use the term white knight is in reference to a beta male who is needlessly trying to defend a female in order to score points with her or bolster his sense of authority. There are genuine instances when a woman needs the aid of a man, and in that situation it should always be given, but what I'm not okay with is men rushing to the defense of women (who claim they want to be as independent as men) in situations where if the genders were reversed the women would not 'white-knight' on behalf of the man.

There's this guy at the gym I work out at who's a trainer there, and one of the customers came up to the desk to get something he'd left there, and he said "Hey, can I get my <whatever>?" to the female attendant, and then from across the room the trainer goes "Can I get my <whatever> PLEASE?" in a remarkably indignant way, basically injecting himself in to a social transaction that had nothing to do with him and trying to enforce his authority over another man because he thought the woman at the desk needed him to mediate her social interaction. That to me was a case of really pathetic white knighting.
