Long time lurker, first time post. Just recently went on a coffee date with a girl I met through a friend at a bar a few weeks ago. We kept trying to meet up but either she was too busy or I was. Finally after a month of texting back and forth, we grabbed coffee (she would insist on coffee whenever I said let's get drinks. Weird?) The coffee was great. We seemed to get along. There were a couple of awkward pauses but I think that's fine when you don't know each other all that well. She said she's up for hanging out again.

It's been a couple of days and I haven't heard from her. I seem to be the one who often texts first but I think that's just the way she is. I'm not a huge texting guy but I definitely want to try a second date. Do you guys keep up with the text game, or just leave it alone until it's time to plan the second date?
