Other than just doing it you could be flirty and have some playful banter. For example I was joking with a girl once and she jokingly kept calling me a liar so I said call me a liar one more time and I'll have to shut you up (knowing she was totally into me and implying a kiss would shut her up). She called me a liar and I kissed her. Worked for me so could work for you. That is if you are in fact sure she's totally into you. Also make sure it's a good moment too or else it'll seem desperate. I mean the girl I mentioned above had texted me at 2 in the morning just to cuddle and that's what we did so it was the best opportunity for a kiss. If you just kind of randomly do it without kino or flirting it's unexpected but with kino and flirting she's going to want it.

I'll tell you something I used to do years ago, it's kinda lame but it does work.

Get a bit drunk with her. Start taking selfies of you and her on your phone/camera. Take one with you kissing her cheek. Then point to your cheek so she kisses it for the next photo. Then point to your lips for the next photo.

It's an easy way to escalate with an 'excuse'. But it is a pussy move. Now when I go for the kiss I just grab the girl and pull her into me. Works every time and it turns them on.
