I'm pretty new to TRP. I've been reading the sidebar and following posts. I would like to exclude the main code for TRP that "To take steps to fulfill your own self in mind, spirit and body to become the best possible version of yourself that you can be."

Is there any particular moral code(s) or value(s) that we should follow as TRP Men? Is there a specific virtue of the Alpha male that we all wish to follow?

There are good things we all can agree on (eat healthy, don't kill every person in sight, brush your teeth, etc.), so which specific morals have you found to help make you a better person?

Alphas are the head of the pack and have a commanding presence. Sigmas disrupt the power of the Alphas and do their own thing. Wouldn't it be better to be a Sigma? It is true that Sigmas can be scornful of women but it isn't necessarily a defining attribute.

TLDR; What moral fibers make an alpha? What makes you a better you? Why not be a Sigma instead of an Alpha?
