I read in a pickup related thread on here that TRP is all about improving yourself in this fucked up world so that you can be noticed by women. Traditional pickup is shamed because you aren't projecting an "alpha status," or something like that. So, I've been working on bettering myself, improving social skills, letting my fun and natural self come out because it is attractive to others, all that jazz.

But the women are supposed to come to me? I thought it was all about improving my value so that I portray dominance and attractive behavior and reel the girls in since they won't open me. Yet people are telling me that I don't have to put work into it.

Basically, my question is this: once the theory, confidence, and outgoing attitude are set into motion, do I go out and talk to women? I'm 19, so I would mostly be doing daygame, which I have been reading way too much theory on. What is the next logical step from here?
