Look at yourself smile in the mirror to see what you look like, and smile however you want people around you to see you smile. It's not about trying to smile like some politician, it's about being genuine. Take good care of your teeth, brush and floss them every day.

Smiling is one of the biggest tools you have to get a positive reaction from those around you and girls will most definitely notice. When you're smiling, it shows that you're comfortable in your own skin and having fun. People will want to talk to you to get in on that fun! Smirks work too but to a lesser extent. Obviously it would like kinda weird if you had a full smile the entire time you're in a venue but try to do it as often as possible without coming off as if you're trying too hard. I usually do a full teeth baring smile around 30-40% of the time and do a nice closed lip smile the rest.

If you're out and about doing day-to-day things, a slight smirk and bright eyes are pretty captivating. If you're interacting with people, then proper smiles are called for.

Just make sure they're genuine and you actually feel good at the time. It's very easy to spot a fake, empty smile and it comes off as creepy. Master the Duchenne smile too, as it is vastly more sincere.

If yor just sitting there, have a REALLLY small smile. If you have a huge ass Grin for no reason you will not look sane. If you talking try and have smiling be natural. Or like, ramp up the fealing inside your body that makes you wanna smile wile your talking to increase the amount that you smile that way it is more natural.

tl;dr. It's good to look happy. Also use common since. Don't be weird
