Stop looking, thinking and talking about the hot girls at your school. If you are with a bunch of loser mates, who do nothing and don't benefit you, find an interest that'll involve you with new boys, and spend time with guys who don't necessarily share your views, but are on a similar road.

My lunchtimes were spent in the gym with a load of new good lads in the year below me. That year of befriending them was the happiest year of my 7 at the school. Girls stared and talked about me, boys began to look up to me. Don't try to make kids like you or get in with the cool kids.

Do your own fucking thing and be open and friendly, people will like and respect you for that.

Don't forget, focus on your schooling, the people and the drama will be forgotten by the time you leave, it is temporary. Your exam results are not.

I think it could be very easy to misunderstand many of these concepts. Basically I would say:

Don't be a dick just to be a dick, unless that is what you really want - because at the end of the day all this TRP stuff is about prioritizing yourself and doing what you really want to do. If you manage to do that and do not cave, you and your girls will be happier in the long run.

Rough time with girls in high school, loads of experience now. Looking back, the best thing I could have done to get pussy would be to put on a different persona (one that would work) and somehow go to other highschool events, AND OR hang out at the mall or places people at your highschool don't go to.

High school is so shitty, everyone knows who you are and your reputation is fucked from the beginning if you aren't popular. If you some how integrate with people from another high school, you got that status of being the cool outsider. If you are cool enough, and play your cards right, they will be absorbed by you.

GOOD EXAMPLE: There was this bitch in junior high. She ended up going to another HS. There was a party I was at once and she was fucked up taking off her top trying to get attention. I walk into the kitchen and she shreaks "OMG why is _____ here ????". Almost immediately everyone took my side big time and were like BITCH HE'S COOLER THAN YOU. It was an awesome moment. She had no reason to not like me besides just being apart of the group mentality of the last school we were together in.

So TL;DR Be a cool dude and hang out with people from other schools to have a second chance of having a good reputation. Don't transfer to the school, just be the cool outsider.

First: Start working out, and what I mean by that is work out and do a little every day and DO NOT STOP.

Working out hard 15-30 minutes a day from the age of 15 to 35 will have astounding results.

Try to get with as many women as you can in high school. 99% of high school age guys are so afraid and unconfident, if you are confident in HS, you can roll any girl in the school.

Give no fucks about what other people think of you, if possible, in HS.

Mentorship with men who you can learn from. Might be something hard to do, so ask some teachers or people who you/your family trusts.

It's extremely hard for someone in this age to grasp the concepts and gain an understanding of what 'purpose' actually means. You got new social dynamics, raging hormones, and everyone telling you what to do/where to go in life. So having mentors who are in a field that seems fun/great, or have a life that you want to have, would be a good person to learn from.

Honestly, the biggest thing that could have made a difference for me at that age was learning all about proper dieting, nutrition and exercise.

Having a firm grasp on this subject matter makes all things related to athletic infinitely easier, and will lead to a much quicker path towards an ezmode lifestyle.

Back in the day there weren't nearly as many resources available so most of what I learned was by "feels" or word of mouth, and it took me years of spinning wheels before I ever had a decent grasp on what it is that leads to better results. I'd say this goes double for ectomorphs, I started out at 120 lbs of skinny... today I'm at 180 with a 1.5 chest to waist ratio... and man does it make a difference...

Start now on a journey of self-improvement.

Eat Well, Keep Yourself in Shape, Develop Game but dont let women become the center of your universe.

You are about to enter into the years where you will be the lowest SMV of your life. Use those to learn all the shit TRP has to teach you but most importantly focus on getting good grades AND figuring out what you want to do with your life.

Your career will intersect at the point where talent/skill, passion and earning potential collide. This will probably be a STEM career or something like a skilled trade like electrician or plumber. However, until that comes around make it a point to find some jobs early on and make some money, make sure to save/invest some of it (think of it as paying your future self) the sooner you start the better off you'll be.

Look into website development in your spare time as a hobby, building an internet business in the future would mean you work whenever you want and because the internet is the way it is, you can make a shitload of money if you're smart. Christian McQueen wrote a good article about this on his blog the other day and bold and determined dot com has a few good guides to getting started. If you know all the tech stuff, you won't have to outsource and if you enjoy doing it as well you're onto a winner.

Girls mature faster than guys. So by the time she's physically ready for sex, and is looking for it, you're still going through puberty, you've got patchy facial hair, squeaky voice and probably some acne. You are NOT going to get laid and if you do, it'll be rare. So, instead, focus on building WHO you are now (lift, read, learn) so that when you physically grow into a man, mentally and emotionally you're already a step ahead.

The same thing my dad told me, Every time you walk in to a room, think to yourself "I'm the best looking man in this room, and the toughest man in the room". It took awhile to dump the arrogance that I'd developed, but arrogant assholes get more ass then pussies.
