As someone, who didn't get a kiss until after high school (aside from some random fat chick who ambushed me...god, that sucked), don't worry about it. My first, legit kiss? Was with some girl I had met and hit it off with...she told me I kissed weird, which, I am 900% sure was code for me being terrible at it. Whatever, I had plenty of practice later in the night when I was having sex with her and it got better from there on out. Just keep it simple and don't force anything.

You can either verbally ask her(usually works on dates), notice the copious signs she gives(us dudes suck at this), do it at a random time and hope for the best(meh), or not kiss at all.
