Try keno, here's some good basics (in my opinion):

Place your hand on her arm or shoulder after teasing her about something
Place your hand on her lower back and get closer, pretend you are having a hard time of hearing her
Try to pull her to a different location, maybe somewhere quieter or more intimate

What are you talking to her about?

You can't hold eye contact the entire time, you must break eye contact, otherwise it's creepy. A shoulder touch while talking, or escalating will help her comfort level.

Here are some standard under the radar social cues for physical escalation.

Put your hand on her should and lean forward while telling her a secret.
Get up to grab a drink and put your hand out asking her to join you.
When going through doors or getting into a car put your hand on her back as if you were patting someone with a gentle push.
If you're leaving her for some reason (toilet etc) put your hand on her back while letting her know what you're up to.
Walking through a crowded place (club/street/market) hold her hand. Always lead.

Here are some overt ones

Nudging while walking if she or you say something naughty.
Poking sides just to see how ticklish she is.
Palm reading. You might get shit tested on this so have a follow up ready.

All these help send the right signals but you still have to man up and go for the kiss and then F-close. There's no easy way to do it, you just have to go for it.
