Just do it dude. I was in the same position once when I worked at a best buy. I was playful and would talk to her in passing an always had a smile on. My biggest mistake was waiting until my last day to ask her out for drinks.

We went out for drinks with her friends near her place. We had a great time out and then I told her I would need to crash at her place because I couldn't go home at that hour. We drove back with one of her friends who passed out on the couch. We started making out on her love seat and she led me to her room. I never banged a louder chick.

Moral of the story, unless it's a serious job and you don't want to shit where you eat, just ask her out.

You should consider one thing though, "dont poop where you eat". If something goes wrong, either be it that you get bored of her and she wont let you be, or she does not want to be with you, but you have to see her every single day... that can be very tricky. Believe me, i have some experience with that, and its not nice.
