The lowdown: met her at a concert, we had both come by ourselves, started talking, had a lot in common, good vibes, we danced a little. She lives about 50 minutes away. Texted back and forth pretty consistently for the next two days. I sent a teasing comment ("oh yeah, because I could tell right away you were such a cold and distant person") which was an obvious joke because she is exactly the opposite. Been two days now and no reply from her.

When would it be appropriate to send another text ("you know I was just teasing right?") or even just a call to try and hang out again?
