We don't generally give out specific advice on specific situations here in seddit. But judging from so little information, we can probably treat this as a general case.

This is a classic issue of kino escalation. If you have escalated as high as kissing in previous dates, you don't have to start at the bottom and work your way back up to it. But you can't start back at the higher levels, she has cooled off a bit.

So I would probably suggest you start off with some kino that definitely establishes your previous level of intimacy, without going too far. I would probably greet her with a warm hug. You can probably judge at that point, whether she is warm enough to kiss.. sooner rather than later.

You need to push forward on Date 3. She expects you to show interest, she wants you to seduce her. Don't disappoint her.

Yes, do it. Set the vibe early. I'm like 99% sure from the described situation she won't reject a quick kiss.

If she does reject it, her vibe will simply be an imitation of yours. If you mentally shrug your shoulders and move on with a positive mood, she will. If you overthink and get anxious and think all is lost, then she will shut down too.

Edit:actually what you can do is give a nice hug and read her during it. But I'm pretty sure you're going to read that you can kiss.

I definitely agree with making her want to go for the kiss first, but if you just feel like kissing her in the moment, just do it. If you don't, don't. Simple as that.
