It sounds like you are trying way to hard. You probably reek of trying to hard. That's gonna come across as desperate, and no one finds that attractive. Try giving way less fucks in a fun positive way. If she doesn't want to date you her loss, right? Who wouldn't want to date you. Drop the at leasts from your vocabulary. You don't want sex right away or short term relationships, sounds like you want a long term serious committed relationship and that is fine. It's about what you want. Attract that. Be specific. Don't settle for anything less, you're not interested in her because she doesn't measure up to what you want, and you are a man that knows what he wants. That attitude will reek of confidence, and that will attract them. And grow your hair however you like it. A confident lebowski will attract more women than a trying to hard iron monger.

The whole point of being alpha is really not giving a shit about whether or not girls like you. Abundance mentality is what you need to have.

I can tell by your post you're hoe chasing - you're trying to game any and every women you find attractive without any signs of interest form her. Hoe chasing is a numbers game, the more women you approach the more the chances you find one women who is interested in you.

You need to preselect your targets better. You need to determine what kind of women you want and tailored your game towards that type of women you want.

The principles are the same but the style and techniques you employ on hot blonde in the club and a nerdy girl waiting for the bus during the day are not the same. You need to understand this to increase your success with women.
