So a bit about myself. I'm not the best looking guy. Short and bit chubby I guess. At 23 years old took me a long time to break out of my shell. I am friendly, I can talk to people but it took me long time to do that. Now I can talk to guys just fine but still have some trouble talking to some attractive girls while girls I have no interest in I am fine talking to. Anywho I am getting better lately talking to girls but I still can't close the deal.

I can make small talk but can't continue after because I run out of things to say. And when I can talk, i usually get put in the friendzone where "I'm a real good friend but not my type". I always get stuck with "You're a nice guy. You'll find one, but not me" type of talk. How do I change that?
