If those are your only two issues with seduction you are gonna be top PUA. but they probably aren't.

Read Sidebar posts
Go outside and try approaching people,ask for time,where something is,whatever,just get comfortable talking to people if you aren't already. (You will suck at talking to women if you suck at talking to men,but you can easily learn holding conversations if you talk to people enough).
Learn about kino and DiCarlo's escalation ladder
Don't fall into the trap of reading too much and not doing anything
Finally read Models by Mark Manson, figure out what you actually want and do it.
