Hello seddit! I've been a long time lurker and only came here for inner games. Up until last Tuesday, I never thought about starting a conversation with anyone at anywhere. There is this cute, short girl with blond hair and white clothes that caught my eyes even before the first class started. So first two days (Tuesday and Wednesday), I couldn't make myself talk to her without anything to talk about (she was sitting in front of the class while i sat in the back). On Thursday, we were going to have a quiz on our reading, and she was sitting in back of the class when I walked in. I need to talk to her about what would be on the quiz or I might not have more chance. Here, there was another guy that was sitting next to her so i started the conversation by asking both of them bout the quiz.

Cutting out our conversation about the quiz. We needed to move to another class to take the quiz (weird right?) and as we got up from our seats, I introduced myself and ask for their names. I asked the girl's name first, I didn't shake her hand. Then when I was asking for the guy's name, I shook his hand. I guess this made the girl feel left out because she looked like a puppy looking at you to give its treat. I gave her a firm handshake while she gave meh shake.

After we took our quiz, I asked her how she think she did. Then after class ended, she said bye thinking that I was still packing my stuff up. I caught up to her and asked about her umbrella (in California..) and if she was going to use it (this made me sound totally like a creep).

I don't know how you guys do it but going through this made me respect you guys!
