Giving a comment isn't bad but what examples you gave suck balls every other beta and orbiter says that, you have to be the exception say something special unique with kino.

"Nice" anything is usually seen as insincere. Like, "nice sweater." "I like how you look" is pretty simplistic too. Come up with better compliments --things more specific to the woman in question. You may want to look up what a "statement of intent" (SOI) is, although that is used after she is sending you a lot of attraction signals (IOIs).
