First off, look your best. Hit the gym. There wont be literal body progress in such a quick span obviously, but it sets a habit up, and you'll carry yourself a bit better fairly quickly.

I can't fix your anxiety in this comment. I won't front. But I can assure you of a few things.

Some guys are afraid of people watching. No one is watching you, stop being self centered lol. Also let me say that women watching you approach, at the very least admire the courage you have. That's if they aren't attracted to you at all. If they are attracted to you then, well, jealousy.

A lot of anxiety in the moment is built up because guys imagine worst case scenarios. In some ways that's fair because unfortunately all they have to remember is bad experiences. But you've got to avoid thinking about what could or couldn't happen. I mean, if you haven't talked to her and you think about her rejecting you that's not evaluating her, that's evaluating an imaginary character your making up on the fly in your head. One of the most awesome sexual experiences of my life took place in Paris. I was 22. First off...how old are you?

Second, newbies typically start with canned material. Typically, at least.

Look up some openers online (they are abundant) and open some sets with them. If you're too scared then try talking to girls and asking legitimate questions eg) Excuse me, what time is it? Hello, do you know where I can find, "x"

Etc etc. You get the drift. That way, if your family asks what you were doing talking to that attractive blonde over there you can tell them, "I was asking for directions"

Since you are still newbie just stick with opening for now. Maybe, if you find yourself improving drastically you can expand into conversations. After opening you can introduce yourself, and hit her with a tease and some ball-busters.

Instead of waiting to approach for this trip walk out side the door this very second and start approaching now and do this every day until then. You will have two more weeks of experience for this trip, and you might have someone special waiting for you to come home to if things to exceptionally well.

I don't actually have a hard time to aproach but when I do I feel like I can't keep up the sexual tension thats why I ended up having lots of friend on summer 😀. Girls hotness is directly proportional with my AA(in sexual context) but I don't neccesarily have hard time to befriend them. I'm 19 btw and thank you for your responses
