You kind of ask a right question in a wrong way. You seem insecure, self-conscious and maybe uncomfortable about complimenting her. True genuinely touching compliments come from actually noticing unique characteristics about the girl herself.

How would you describe her interests, her style, her personal demeanor, how she conducts herself, where she is spending her time, how she relates to people, what does she really cares about?

Recognize those things and let her know that you admire who she is and what she is doing.

Find a small insecure quirk she has that you love and say something about whenever it comes up. My girl gets a southern accent when she says certain things and I call her adorable for it every time it happens.
