This is my first post around here, so excuse me if I don't immediately fit in. Plus, english is not my first language. Anyways, I stumbled across this sub by accident and began reading pretty much everything there is to read. I have to say, I have discovered a lot of new and interesting things about the PUA game.

One thing I noticed is that a high percentage of the new guys around here talk about the game as if it's some kind of a mathematical equation that, if done right, has a big chance of getting you hooked up with a lot of girls.

Yes, I have read about inner game and it's mostly an alpha male guide. Correct me if I'm wrong, but being alpha is not a necesary pre-requesite for hooking up with girls. I, for one, do fit naturally into the alpha category because I love leading and I'm at my best in social gatherings. However, I have seen friends who do not necesarily fit into this category who have a better game that mine nevertheless.

What I'm trying to say is this: Why don't we simply promote working on one's personality and attitude in order to make his best traits stand out and make good use of them instead of promoting the alpha male? (which may or may not be percieved as unnatural to some)

Or am I missing something?
